What is a Public Adjuster?
Someone who works for you, the insured. Public adjusters do NOT work for the insurance company.
The insurance company will send an adjuster to assess your damage, when you file a claim. That adjuster works for the insurance company and has a financial responsibility to the insurer, not to you.
A public adjuster, by law, has a financial responsibility to YOU. Our job as public adjusters is to make sure that you receive fair and equitable compensation for your claim.
If you want the best insurance settlement possible you need to contact Sentinel Pacific Inc today. Sentinel Pacific Inc works for you, not the insurance company.

We offer a 3 Part Process that we use to properly serve our clients before and during a loss.

- Claim Management. Our staff will manage every aspect of your claim. Sentinel Pacific Inc will be available anytime, to give you peace of mind. No claim is too large or too small.
- Claim Settlement. Sentinel Pacific Inc will review the final settlement negotiations with you for your business and property. We will make sure that you get the maximum settlement possible. Because we know policy language inside and out, we’re able to facilitate a fair and just settlement for you.
We have a network of proven licensed, insured and bonded contractors that you can choose from to perform all required repairs, or you can choose your own contractor, and we will work alongside them. Our network of competent and capable experts is second to none.
Sentinel Pacific Inc typically works on a contingency basis, which means we only get paid if we are able to get you a higher settlement than you would have received on your own. The fee is typically a percentage of the final settlement amount, which can range from 10% to 35% depending on the state the work is being performed in. This is the industry standard for licensed Public Insurance Adjusters.
There are a few reasons why public insurance adjusters work on a contingency basis. First, it aligns their interests with yours. They are motivated to get you the highest possible settlement. Second, it allows public insurance adjusters to help people who may not be able to afford to pay for their services upfront. The insurance claims process is adversarial process. According to NAPIA, the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, a Public Insurance Adjuster on average will recover 747% more than the insurance company initially offers.
